Bookings are accepted up to 12 months in advance

A 50% deposit or one night's booking fee, with credit card, is required for reservations. Within a week or for single night stays, full payment is required.

CANCELLATIONS
Date changes prior to 30 days before reservation date will be made based on availability.
Cancellations, prior to 30 days before reservation date, incur a 10% of full reservation cost administration fee
Within 30 days of reservation date, no changes or refunds will be offered. We do our best to be accommodating in emergency situations
POLICIES
We are happy to welcome you between 3pm and 7pm. Check-Out time is 11am. It may not be possible for you to leave bags here in advance of check-in or after check-out. Please plan accordingly.
For your privacy, we do not enter your space for housekeeping unless requested.
There is no landline phone service in the guest rooms.
Adults are people too! The Gateway Guesthouse is designed for adults and not conducive for children under 18.
Use of property is for registered guests only. Tours and additional visiting guests can be arranged only by chatting with us first.
Rates are nightly and for one or two persons, excluding sales tax
All rooms sleep a maximum of two persons, except the Carriage House, which sleeps a maximum of four persons. Each additional person, beyond two, is $75+tax per night.
Weekends require a two night stay. One night is really not enough!
Groups booking more than 3 rooms are asked to book the entire property. All catering and food needs for groups is to be provided by the Gateway kitchen.
Rooms are smoke-free, smoking outside is fine. If you smoke (anything) in your room, we will charge you $250 to cover additional cleaning services.
There are three hypo-allergenic dogs living in The Gateway Guesthouse.
